4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. Government fees and taxes are charged separately unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFile Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
